Attention! Use the diet after the consultation with your physician.

Breakfast -a glass of mineral water-150 gr., with one teaspoon of honey and 7 drops of lemon. In 15 minutes –some coffee.

Lunch- a piece of boiled or roast chicken and 500 gr. vegetables by your wish.

Dinner-150 gr. white cabbage boiled in 150 gr. water, boil 15-20 minutes.

The infusion must be drunk very slowly, about half of hour. If you feel strong hunger before going to bed, drink some kefir.
