DIET FOR LOSING WEIGHT WITH 15 KG ( 33 LB) FAST. ALTERNATION WITH PROTEINS AND VEGETABLES

Forbidden: wine, vodka, beer, lemonade, sugar, sweets, bread, potatoes, pastry.

Necessary: 1 pill of multivitamins per day.

During 20 days alternate proteins and vegetable days. Hungry days are not alternated. They are at the beginning and in the middle of the diet. Using this diet you can lose between 26-33 lb. of your weight.

Two hungry days: 1 liter of milk (yogurt) daily, 2 slices of black bread.

Two protein days:

In the morning: coffee, a slice of bread, 0, 5 teaspoon of butter, 1,5 teaspoon of honey.

Lunch (1 o’clock)

The first-a glass of bouillon

The second-a piece of boiled meat or fish (100 gr.), a slice of black bread

Afternoon breakfast (4 o’clock p.m.) a glass of milk or tea with honey.

Dinner (7 o’clock p.m.) a piece of boiled meat or fish (100 gr.), or lean ham, or two eggs or 50 gr. of cheese-choose one and as an addition –a glass of buttermilk, a slice of black bread.

Two vegetable days:

Breakfast: 2 apples or an orange, choose one.

Lunch (1 o’clock)

First of all- a vegetable soup without butter and cream (it may be with vegetable butter), a slice of black bread.

The second-salad, boiled cabbage or vegetables, peppers stewed or in the oven, stuffed with vegetables, choose one of them.

Afternoon breakfast (4 o’clock p.m.) fruit

Dinner (7 o’clock p. m.)  green salad, addition -a slice of black bread, a glass of tea with honey.

During the day drink 1-2 liters of fresh milk or yoghurt, a glass of tomato juice, 2 slices of brown bread.
