The diet is comparatively light and very effective. Besides, it is well balanced and it can be used for a long time.

Duration -21-24 days.

The achieved results-lost 17-22 lb. if you strictly follow the instructions.

 

The first and the second days

Breakfast: a cup of white coffee (without sugar), 1 slice of rye bread.

Lunch: 1 glass of fresh milk.

Afternoon breakfast: 1 glass of fresh milk, 1 slice of rye bread.

Dinner   (7 p.m.): 1 glass of fresh milk.

Before going to bed: 1 glass of tomato juice (by your wish).

The third and the fourth days

Breakfast: a cup of white coffee (without sugar), 1 slice of rye bread.

Lunch: 1 bowl of defatted bouillon, 150 gr. boiled not rich meat or boiled fish, 2 tablespoons of boiled peas, 1 slice of rye bread.

Afternoon breakfast: 1 glass of fresh milk with half teaspoon of honey.

Dinner (7 p. m.): 2 boiled eggs or 50 gr. cheese, or 200gr. yoghurt, 1 slice of rye bread.

The fifth and the sixth days

Breakfast: 2 oranges or 2 apples.

Lunch: 1 dish of vegetable soup or a portion of stewed vegetables (without potatoes), 1 slice of rye bread.

Afternoon breakfast: 1 fruit at your choice (without bananas). Dinner (7 p.m.):  a big portion of vegetable salad, spiced with lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of salad oil, 1 cup of tea with half teaspoon of honey.

 After that the menu is repeated. During the diet you can drink unlimited amount of mineral water and unsweetened herbal tea.
