How does the diet for hips and bottom look like?

If you use this diet –you will take down in hips and bottom not in breasts.

Fixed products: lenten meat, low-fat kinds of white fish, vegetables, bread, potatoes, pastry.

Forbidden products: in fact, everything that is not included in the given list and especially butter, all dairy products, all vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, cakes, pies…chocolate, biscuits, all fried dishes.

 It is allowed: tea, juice, coffee, fruits and small amounts of alcohol.

Effectiveness: the loss of weight 1, 1 -4,4 lb. per week, the face  and breasts take down later than hips. Anticellulite  action.
