The diet for the flat abdomen is the work of American coach Jorge Cruise. He says that the weight loss has nothing in common with counting of calories, their limitation as well as sports.

The nutritive plan consists of proteins, fat and vegetables, with small amounts of sugar and complicated carbohydrates.

Remade foods, even sweeteners are not allowed.

Wine, beer, champagne and dark chocolate are allowed but not cocktails or candies.

 There is an exemplary menu per day

 Breakfast: 3 eggs, 2 slices of bread with butter

 The second breakfast: a handful of nuts

  Lunch: Tune salad with a slice of bread

  Afternoon breakfast: 1 glass of cheese with honey

  Dinner: baked chicken or a steak, sauted vegetables  and ½ glass of brown rice

Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day.

Allowed fruits are blackberries and blueberries, because of the slight contents of sugar. But when you reach the desirable weight, you can add to 2 fruits per day.

Because fat and proteins don’t increase insulin levels, it is not necessary to limit, Cruise says.

Cruise advises to do 8-minute exercises for abdomen every day and walk to 20 minutes. But he adds that you may not do that.

First the weight loss may be bigger but it won’t be kept for the whole period of time.

It is important to have your friends’ support, to keep the diet in a right way. Friends are an important stimulus in order to be strict.

You yourself fix the duration of the diet depending on needed pounds for taking the abdomen down. Go on the diet until you get desirable pounds in the abdomen area.
