You can take down 9-11 pounds for 14 days  with this diet.

The first two days, three times a day, 1 boiled egg, a cup of coffee, 1 apple.

The third day: Breakfast-2 eggs, lunch-50 gr. of beef, spinach; dinner-1 egg, spinach.

The fourth day: Breakfast: 1 egg; lunch-boiled fish, a tomato; dinner-2 eggs, a cup of coffee.

The fifth day: Breakfast-1 egg, a cup of coffee; lunch-two eggs, tomatoes; dinner-fish, fried without oil (on the net), vegetables.

The sixth day: Breakfast-1 egg, a cup of coffee; lunch-a piece of beef, a cucumber; dinner-veal roast without oil, tomatoes, a cup of coffee.

 The seventh day: Breakfast- 1 egg, a cup of coffee; lunch- the second half of chicken, an apple, a cup of coffee.

The diet must be repeated again next week.

Though opinions about this diet are contradictory, it is used very often.
