Buckwheat is called “a grain for millions” not in vain because it contains not only vitamins and minerals but  it is suitable food for active sportsmen and for those who keep their body in a good shape. There are some kinds of buckwheat: of long standing, ordinary and Tartar.

The buckwheat feeds skin, hair and nails. It contains organic acids (lemon, apple) and vitamins A, C, PP, P. It is rich in flavonoids which make the processes of getting old slow down.

 The buckwheat diet is based on buckwheat porridge eating. Its duration is 5 days and one can decrease about 11 lb. of one’s weight during this period. Yes, despite of high caloricity of the product, it is used for losing weight, of course, if one has enough will and is constant (permanent) because the  buckwheat diet is heavy as all the monodiets.

When are quick diets suitable?

They are suitable in the cases when you need to lose a few lb. –to 10 lb., but you don’t want to change your nutritive habits for a long time.
